SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Strength & Conditioning is about more than just lifting weights – it looks deeper into what is needed to improve physical performance, the needs of the athlete, the demands of the sport they participate in and includes all components of fitness.

Sport specific training is simply fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. Movements from your specific sport are replicated through exercise either in the weights room or on the training field with the intention of it transferring back into your specific sport and overall improving your performance.

Complete Conditioning sports specific training programs include such areas as strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, agility, mental preparedness (including goal setting), recovery techniques and strategies, nutrition, rehabilitation, pre-habilitation, and injury risk reduction.

Sessions can be purchased as singular or in blocks. 

Prices are based on 1 hour 1-2-1 (45min training session and 15min consultation) with your coach. 

All purchases come with a FREE telephone or face to face consultation to discuss training goals and planning.
