KINESIO TAPING
Kinesio Taping is another service that Complete Conditioning offers. The service can be provided on its own or in addition to another service (see below for prices).
Kinesio Tape (K-Tape) is latex-free, hypoallergenic, water-resistant and can last for days at a time. The Kinesio Taping method is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while allowing support and stability to the muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of movement. K-Tape is safe for all populations from elite athletes, weekend warriors to geriatric and paediatric patients.
K-Tape can benefit you and your body in a wide variety of ways including; providing you with pain relief, muscular support to help control body parts affected by muscle inhibition, sports injuries and swelling reduction.

Sessions can be purchased as singular or in blocks. Prices are based on K-Taping only.
K-Taping can be added on to another service for an extra £15
