Before planning can start we always have a consultation with our clients for a health check and to discuss training goals. Our Strength & Conditioning programmes are designed to give your training more structure and purpose. We create all our programmes based on the information that you provide (frequency of training, exercise likes and dislikes etc.) and they are designed specifically to your training needs.
All programmes include various components of fitness and cover key compound movements such as Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Bench Press.
Our S&C Programmes are ideal if you are looking to reducing body fat, increase strength, endurance and energy levels.
Our Sports Specific Programmes are ideal if you have a specific training goal or a specific weakness within your sport that needs developing to improve athletic performance (e.g. strength, speed, power).
