PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Complete Conditioning offer one on one personal training in Harrogate and surrounding areas. Through the motivation, education and coaching we provide we hope to help all our clients achieve the goals they aspire to obtain. 

Each training session lasts 60 minutes and is designed specifically for the client’s needs and their fitness goals, which makes it so effective. We aim to challenge every client in various fitness components throughout each session. 

Our Personal Training sessions help improve quality of life by reducing body fat, increasing energy, and providing you with the strength and endurance to keep up with the physical demands of life. We also educate and coach each client about injury prevention to maximise your training potential and reduce the risk of injury. 

Included in this package is nutritional advice and coaching. Changes we advise making to your diet are also progressive lifestyle changes that we hope will eventually become lifelong, habitual and natural to you.

1-2-1 Personal Training

Sessions can be purchased as singular or in blocks. 

Prices are based on a 60min 1-2-1 session (45min training and 15min consultation) with your coach. 

All purchases come with a FREE telephone or face to face consultation to discuss training goals and planning.
